The staff was friendly and always ready to help. the reception area offers a nice view of the sea. i appreciated the organized check in and check out process. It was quick and efficient.
I waited a considerable amount of time for dinner at the hotel restaurant. it took one to two hours for my food to arrive. This impacted my dining experience.

The room was spacious and well kept. The bed had plenty of pillows. The staff in the restaurant was very kind and attentive. I appreciated that they provided generous amounts of bottled water each day.
The jacuzzi seemed to lack proper maintenance. It was full of leaves.

the room was spacious and the toiletries were adequate.
The air conditioning unit was rather noisy. it also lacked a remote control. Adjustments required getting out of bed, i found this quite inconvenient. the lack of shade around the pool area was also a concern. Adequate sun protection should be provided .

I found a couple of things less than stellar. the walls seemed paper-thin. i could hear every single word from the room next door. It made relaxing pretty difficult. also, the breakfast buffet really missed the mark. the food was often lukewarm and the selection felt pretty limited and not the best quality.

The hotel offered a breakfast buffet from 6am to 10am. It was AMAZING!!! the staff were really helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist. we were given two large bottles of water each day, which i really appreciated. the room was always kept spotlessly clean. I was very impressed by this.
i found the gym area needed some tlc.
